The existing car park lot makes a big separation between the
Concert Hall and the
Swan River. The concept here is to reconnect Swan River to the Concert Hall. At the same time to connect the surrounding lots as an integral with the site and the buildings within. The link here is both physical and visual link. By providing a good connection means a potential to vitalise that area which can provide more population for the site to sustain.
The decision made is to create two towers on the west and the east to protect the middle link across Swan River and Concert Hall. The whole design proposition is a structural fabric wrapping the towers and linking across lots. From the two sketches, it clearly illustrate the intention of the proposition.
